The expansion and refurbishment of the West Home to the E.N.O took 3 years, there were three windows over the contract period for our works to take place. Design, manufacture and offsite fabrication of plant pods were carried out months in advance of our site start dates. Often before building work had commenced on site, this meant extreme pressure to perform, as the end dates were cast in stone. As a contractor we never missed a completion date, often completing before programme.
